我的神奇膏 Part 1

Both my cheeks were very red then... lotsa rashes and very itchie!! The hydrocortisone cream that the doctor at polyclinic gave me was of no use at all... been applying it to my cheeks for weeks but the rashes were still there and i think it was getting from bad to worse to worst!! 舅母和姨姨妈妈 told mama to bring me to see a PD, doctor junior @ marine terrace...

alas, on 16 Dec 2008... mama went to borrow car from mickey 舅舅 and drove me (ahma carried me lar!!) to parkway parade!! blk 57 marine terrace...

when doctor junior saw me, his reaction was so funnie... 'haiyo!! so 可怜！！...' !! how come this doctor so singlish 1?!? heheh... it was my 1st time there to see doctor junior but i think he is quite good ley... he looked at my face and asked mama if i had been salivating a lot and kissed by a lot of ppl... opps!! heheh, all my relatives love me a lot mah... then doctor junior told mama and ahma that i have eczema (sensitive skin) and that don't allow other ppl to kiss me anymore...!! he said because the rashes have been there for a long time, so i have got a bit of fungal infection too!! wah... i so 可怜！！ and he said that my face must be kept clean and dry... must clean every now and then will cotton wool and water then pat dry...

i was given 2 creams to apply on the rashes 2 times a day and doctor junior said that i will recover in 3-4 days!! wah, 那么神奇吗？？ mama looked at the cream and told me that the 1st cream has got gentamycin and the 2nd has miconazole nitrate... what's that?!? ah...!! gentamycin is an antibiotic to kill off the bacteria and miconazole nitrate is to kill off the fungi!! mama is doing all these at her work place... so clever!! now i know... :)

PS.: doctor junior has a weighing machine in his room... heheh i was weighing a whooping 8.7kg!! another 1.3kg and i will overtake evianne jie jie le!!

and you know what?!? surprising my cheeks didn't look that red anymore once mama/ahma started to apply the creams for me!! 好神奇呢！ me after 1st application of the creams...

and me on 18 Dec, 3 days on the creams... i have to continue to use the cream for 1 week after all the rashes have cleared up to be sure they don't come back again...
