I want my Mama to be healthy
My Mama is 30 years older than me. Her weight is slightly heavier than me. And she is starting to have some of the alignments that old people would normally have; dry eyes, pain in the foot and knee. These are the things that I can see and I know she is not telling us children what other issues she has. I want my Mama to be healthy and live a longer life.
I told my Mama I want to make her healthy and I can help you. "Can I start you on a Healthy Breakfast lifestyle?" My Mama said YES!! Oh my goodness!! I am so HAPPY!!

My weight loss journey
WHY loss weight?!?
i decided to loss weight because of health; I could feel that there's something wrong with my body. I didn't dare to go for any health checkup in the clinic or hospital. But i know i need to make some changes!! I could feel numbness in my fingers every now and then and my knees would no longer support me like the way they do some years ago. Yes, I was putting on some fair bit of weight and I believe that this is the root cause of all the things that I am experiencing!! i need to change!!
I started my weight loss journey on 17 August 2012...

Total loss in about 92 days
Weight: 10.2kg
Body fats: 4.7%
Visceral fat: 2
I am still losing the extra weight and i am on my way to reach my ideal weight of 53kg!! Give me another 3 months!! I can do it!!

Total loss in about 106 days
Weight: 11.3kg
Body fats: 4.7%
Visceral fat: 2

I was getting very BIG!!
October 2012...
I almost got a heart attack!!
I realised in August 2012 that I am getting big, really BIG!! Geesh!! I didn't know that I am getting THAT big!! Until my uncle posted a photo of mine on Facebook in early October...!!
This was me, having chicken rice for late lunch sometime in June 2012.
Goodness me!!
But I am glad that I had decided that I NEED to lose those extra weights/fats in August 2012 even before my uncle posted this photo of me!!
